Fans were evacuated from the sold-out open-air show as organisers promise full refunds after the performance by Puerto Rican music star Bad Bunny was abruptly abandoned in Milan on Saturday night. The concert, held at the Snai La Maura Hippodrome, was interrupted shortly after the artist began his set as extreme weather conditions moved into the area.
Attendees captured the severity of the situation on social media, with videos showing heavy rain, powerful winds, and large hailstones pelting the crowd. In response to the dangerous conditions, organizers initiated a safe evacuation of the premises.
Live Nation, the ticket operator for the event, issued a statement on its website on Sunday confirming the cancellation. The organization stated, "Due to adverse weather conditions, including thunderstorms and hail, Bad Bunny’s concert scheduled for 18 July at the Snai La Maura Hippodrome in Milan was interrupted and the area was safely evacuated."
To address the disruption, Live Nation confirmed that all ticketholders for the sold-out show will receive full refunds.
