Onsemi has projected its third-quarter revenue to fall between $1.65 billion and $1.75 billion. The midpoint of this guidance surpasses the average estimate of $1.67 billion from analysts, according to data provided by LSEG.

CEO Hassane El-Khoury highlighted the role of artificial intelligence in the company's financial outlook. "AI data center remains our fastest-growing business and we now expect revenue to more than double in 2026, demonstrating the strength of our intelligent power portfolio and growing customer adoption across the power tree," El-Khoury stated.
Beyond its growth in the AI sector, the company is continuing to execute its "Fab Right" strategy, which is designed to reduce operational costs. As part of this ongoing initiative, Onsemi completed the sale of two manufacturing facilities in July.
